 Home-made Leek & potato soup with a crusty  roll

Smoked salmon & Prosecco centre parfait on a bed of leaves

Smoked salmon mousse topped with oak smoked salmon with a liquid Prosecco centre  

Christmas on a stick,  a chunk of Turkey, stuffing ball, and chipolata with a cranberry compote 

Smoked Duck breast in plum sauce with shredded Cucumber & spring onion

Goats cheese and cherry tomato brochette on a bed of baby leaves with a balsamic dressing

Naked Waldorf salad, Apple, Celery, Walnuts, on a bed of leaves (no mayo) Vegan

Main Course

Traditional fresh home roast turkey with all the trimmings

Fillet of Kiln smoked salmon with dauphinoise potatoes & Asparagus with crayfish velouté

Lamb shank with rosemary infused mash and port and redcurrant sauce      £2.00 supplement

Chicken supreme with leek & bacon sauce, roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables   

Nut roast with Roast potatoes, parsnips, stuffing, Yorkshire pudding & seasonal vegetables


Naked waldorf  Salad with Quinoa, Apple, Celery, walnuts, on a bed of leaves (no mayo)
